5.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver Products throughout South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the delivery address and the Products ordered.

5.2 Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, product availability, or force majeure events.

5.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the customer once the Products are delivered to the specified address.

6.1 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive Products that are defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

6.2 Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of liquor-based Products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for Products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

6.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

By purchasing liquor or liquor-based Products from the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

7.1 Responsible Drinking: You are responsible for consuming the Products in moderation and in accordance with South African laws.

7.2 Liability: We do not accept any liability for harm or injury caused by the misuse or over-consumption of the Products. You are solely responsible for ensuring the safe consumption of the Products.
