How to Sell on Auction
STEP 1 – Website Registration
You must be a registered user to buy or sell items on our website. Please create your account by registering on the website.
A one-time registration fee may apply to activate your account. This helps verify your details and prevents fraudulent bidding.
STEP 2 – Register Your Bottles
Browse through hundreds of collectible items listed in our online auctions.
Our auctions usually run monthly. Registered users will receive email notifications when a new auction goes live.
STEP 3 – Get Your Bottle(s) to Us
Bidding is simple. Enter your maximum bid amount and submit your bid.
The system automatically increases your bid incrementally to keep you in the lead up to your maximum amount.
If another user outbids you, you will receive an email notification.
To ensure fair bidding, our auctions use an anti-sniping system. If a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes, the auction time is extended by another 10 minutes.
STEP 4 – Auction
If you win an auction item, congratulations!
You will receive an email with payment instructions and a link to complete your purchase securely.
Payments can be made using major debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Additional charges such as buyer's commission, shipping, and insurance (if applicable) may be added to the final price.
STEP 5 – Lot Tracking
Pinaroch Whisky Auctions has partnered with local couriers for all collections and deliveries nationwide.
