Aged for 15 years in small oak barrels and distilled from double pot-stilled spirits selected in 2009, this premium Cape brandy pours at 40% ABV. It opens with an aromatic bouquet of peaches, dried apricot and soft pear, followed by a palate that balances fruit sweetness with honey, caramel and a citrus hint. The finish is rich, warm and full-bodied, with notes of walnut, almond and a whisper of spicy vanilla. It is presented in a handcrafted wooden display cabinet made from sustainably sourced Knysna Blackwood, making it both a tasting experience and a collector’s piece.
