Crafted from 100% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, this premium potstill brandy is distilled in copper stills and matured for a minimum of 12 years in 300 L French oak barrels previously used for Rust en Vrede wines. With some components aged up to 15 years, the blend is reduced to 38% ABV for an exceptionally smooth, digestif-style spirit. It shows a deep amber hue, aromas of candied orange peel, toffee, vanilla, nutmeg and spice, with a rich palate of pecan pie and layered oak complexity. The finish is long, silky, and refined, making it a distinctive Stellenbosch brandy that bridges the estate’s wine heritage with fine spirits.
