The nosing of the whisky is so key to appreciation. We suggest you start by bringing the glass slowly towards your nose and then gently smell the whisky. With high strength whisky you have to be careful, as you may anesthetise your nose. This explains why there is such variety in the texture of malt whiskies, from delicate, silky and velvety, to luscious, creamy and full-bodied.

Maker's Mark 46 is a premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from the United States. It is created by taking fully matured Maker’s Mark bourbon and finishing it with seared French oak staves, which enhances the flavor and adds extra complexity. The result is a rich and smooth bourbon with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices, along with a long warm finish. It is commonly enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic bourbon cocktails.
